FAS3000 series has the potential to deliver exceptional storage value for midtier enterprise data centers and medium-sized businesses, including use for database applications, e-mail, and network storage shares. The FAS3040’s compact, modular design provides integrated FC SAN and IP SAN (iSCSI) storage with scalability to 336 disk drives, up to a maximum raw capacity of 336TB making the FAS3040 highly upgradable. The FAS3020 storage controller supports both FC and SATA disk drives for tiered storage.
This FAS3040 is a 3U rack-mountable system filer in which the system enclosure contains a single controller. This unit has been refurbished and tested by our technicians.
