Dell and Goodwill announce partner ship for electronic recycling called Reconnect.

Goodwill Industries and Dell Computer systems are hosting the event as part of the Dell Reconnect program.

“E-waste is a rising concern for our environment, and the Dell Reconnect program supplies a great solution and system to keep these things out of our landfills,” group leaders mentioned in an occasion announcement.

Individuals will have the opportunity to responsibly recycle undesirable computer systems and computer equipment of any brand and situation, free of cost.

Items that will be accepted include: computer systems (laptops and desktops – any brand); keyboards; printers; scanners; computer screens; USB accessories; computer cords; and computer mice.  Organizers advocate that donors take away all data from exhausting drives and other storage media before dropping off their donation.
